Centerville Rotary Meeting Highlights
Our theme this month is
Rotary Fellowship

(BIG thanks to guest editor Chuck King for this week's meeting summary.)

Arnie Biondo, our President Elect presided over the meeting due to President Brian Hayes being on vacation.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and Harvey Smith gave the prayer.

The thought of the day is from Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones “So Far, So Good”  Arnie asked the group, What role did Keith play in a recent movie?  Capt Jack Sparrow’s Father

Crissy Alums announced there will be a service project on Saturday  25 June at the Dayton Food Bank from 10AM-1PM. Signup sheets were on the tables or contact Crissy if you would like to participate.

Mark Febus announced he has transferred information on New Generations to Susan Schnell who will take over in the new Rotary year.  He also noted the Pat Swan will no longer be the Interact Sponsor Teacher at Centerville High School

Mike Wier announced that anyone that signed up or wanted  Dayton Dragons tickets on 6 July, he had tickets at the meeting.

Kim Paras handed out a “Colbert Questionert” and asked everyone to answer the questions.

June is Rotary Fellowship Month

Stephen Colbert really wants his guests to be known with the Colbert Questionert, a series of rapid-fire questions that range from which is the best sandwich to the most used app on your phone to the one song you'd like to listen to for the rest of your life. At our club meeting on June 16, 16 members and 2 guests completed an abridged version of the “Questionert” for fun and fellowship. Check to see who has similar tastes in sandwiches. Who needs to throw out their mowing shoes? What music do our members really enjoy and so much more!

You get one song to listen to for the rest of your life - what is it?
Describe the rest of your life in five words.
