Four-Way Speech Contest

 
 
CENTERVILLE ROTARY HIGH SCHOOL SPEECH CONTEST
 
The annual Four-Way Speech Contest for high school students sponsored by the Centerville Rotary Club will be held at the March 5th Rotary meeting from 12-1 pm at Yankee Trace Golf Club. A contestant will be selected at this meeting to represent Centerville Rotary at the District Competition at Wright State University on March 22, 2015. Cash prizes will be awarded at the local and District level.
 
The contest is based on the Rotary Four-Way Test:
- Is it the TRUTH?
- Is it FAIR to all concerned?
- Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
- Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
 
Contestants will share how the concepts of Rotary's Four Way Test apply to their everyday lives and personal experiences. Students interested in applying should contact their school guidance counselors or Rotarian Deb Dulaney at ddulaney@daytonfoundation.org by February 22.
