The 2017 Rotarian of the Year recognition was presented to Rebecca Quinones at the annual Rotary Christmas meeting. Rebecca has shown the Rotary ideals through her involvement in many of the club's activities this past year. President Peachy Metzner outlined some of her contributions at the annual Holiday meeting.
