Mark Koogler ROY 2009

Mark Koogler II was awarded the Rotarian of the Year Award for the 2008-09 Rotary year by President Carol Kennard. Mark is always cheerful in carrying out his duties, and has a sincere desire to serve others. As a relatively new member, Mark has gone above and beyond in leading and participating in several club projects. His enthusiasm for service is outstanding. He never hesitates to put his name on the list to deliver Thanksgiving or Easter baskets, to work at the Pancake Breakfast, to participate in the Adopt-a-Child program, to prepare and serve lunches at House of Bread, and to organize and participate in the dictionary and thesaurus projects.  Mark also does not hesitate to serve as an officer and Board member of our club, and regularly and consistently attends board meetings and club luncheons.  Mark is a delight to work with and always has a positive, caring attitude. Congratulations Mark!
